Nice location, cosy rooms and good staff

Pros: Convenient location (close grocery stores, train stations and tram station), friendly receptionists (and helpful), very competent cleaning staff (and friendly), clean and cosy room.

Cons: Nothing bad to say.

Pros: It was very comfortable and it was a nice stay there!

Cons: Despite being just 2-3 mins away from a tram stop, I have to say the streets around were some of the worst I've been to in Morocco. Just make sure you ALWAYS go to the closest tram station, even if that takes you on a longer route.

Good value for money, nice hotel for a short stay

Pros: Place is very chic, staff extremely kind and overall a very nice property. First room that was given to me had a problem with hot water but Jalil came through like a boss and offered immediately a replacement and everything was solved. Good location next to the old medina, public transportation and dozens of cool places to have breakfast lunch and dinner, and drinks. 10/10 would go back.

Cons: The property itself has nothing wrong but the outside area is a little rough, although typical for Morocco and Casablanca.

Very minor complaints but nice simple accessible hotel. Good value and great couple of staff.

Pros: I am disabled and use an electric mobility scooter. We arrived near midnight and Jalil was very helpful with on street parking, unloading the car (and my mobility scooter), checking us in, and showing us to our room etc. Jalil was very helpful throughout our stay and a real asset to the hotel. We also had good help from Abdul(?) when Jalil wasn't around. Room was large and clean with a terrace with a view of the back of flats opposite! The room had old but good furniture. It had a kitchenette with kettle and stand alone table top oven. Bed hard, but that's how we like it! Bedding spotless, but duvet had no cover on it and seemed clean, if a little grey rather than white. Plenty of hot water with shower. Even with the comments below, we enjoyed our stay here. NOTE: Good cafe around the corner called Cortina. Had good breakfast there each day.

Cons: Room was large enough, but bathroom - with shower - very small. Updating of the bathroom was half done. No tiles on the wall. No shelf by the shower. Modern sink and tap but holes in plasterboarding by the sink and under it. I think the description on Booking.com was a little exaggerated. No coffee machine in bedroom, bed was not extra long in our room, no hairdryer, If there was a coffee shop it wasn't obvious or active.

Comfortable stay with very nice staff

Pros: The staff was really kind and always available. When the power turned off in our room due to a malfunctioning water kettle, the receptionist immediately helped to turn the power back on and gave us a new kettle. The staff is super accommodating and even allowed us a late check-out since our flight was later during the day. Location is ideal and the room is nice.

Cons: They only have one tray for shampoo/body gel and no soap so the bottle needs to be moved between the sink for washing your hands and the shower. Otherwise the facilities are okay.

Pros: I really liked that the ac, hot water, and wifi worked perfectly the whole time there, there was no noise from other rooms and the staff accommodated for our requests

Cons: The kitchen didn't have a curtain, the kitchen didn't have spoons and the beed cover was a little small, most think I didn't like was that it is advertised as with breakfast or breakfast is 32 MAD but when I asked about breakfast they said we don't offer breakfast

Central, comfy & friendly Casablanca stay

Pros: Hotel is very central in Casablanca, the room itself was very clean with facilities to make basic meals if required. Jalil was very kind and friendly, and very helpful with suggestions and always around to help out. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Casablanca for a comfortable, affordable stay.

Cons: Nothing, it was very nice all around.

great value for money and friendly

Pros: frienly and helpful staff. Lent me a hair dryer on my way back from the hammam excellent value for money clean local Hammam with sauna round the corner shops and markets nearby. all for locals and cheap

Cons: bed a bit on the hard side, but it's been the same everywhere.
