Pros: Karim is very nice and helpful, the apartment is fully equipped, clean. The mattresses are very comfortable. There is a garage with parking lot of you have a car. The apartment located in a secure condo.

This was an exceptional place to stay and I highly recommend it!
Pros: The apartment owner was very friendly, helpful and very flexible with my arrival time. This apartment is simply wonderful: it's high-quality, modern, spacious and comfortable and has everything you need and more. The owner has gone the extra-mile to make sure you have an enjoyable stay by providing toiletries, tea and coffee, etc. It has all of the appliances that you would require, and there are lots of extra towels and bed linens. There is a shop and cafe nearby, and it's well situated if you have a car and want to go downtown or out of the city. It's safe and secure, and has underground parking. This is a great place to stay and I wish to stay longer in this apartment!
Cons: Nothing could have been better - everything was 10/10 and my expectations were exceeded. Bravo!

Casablanca stay
Pros: Apartment is in a secure location, gated community, close to tram and major road. Karim, who owns and rents the apartment is a gentleman. He is very approachable and helpful, guided about the city and even picked and dropped us from train station. He also helped me get a local sim. I had a chance of having discussion with him regarding his management of the apartment and it was nice to know that he takes it seriously and make sure guests stay comfortably. He also mentioned that apart from regular cleaning after every check out, he also gets deep cleaning of the property done once or twice a month. That speaks of his dedication and seriousness in running the property smoothly on rental basis. He also put some water bottles, sweets and biscuits as welcome bits. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Cons: Right next to a main road and bedrooms face the road, so noise can be an issue. Apartment is closer to train station but a bit far from some places of interest, however taxi/ In- drive is not a bother.

Pros: Flat is in prestine condition. You feel good the moment you enter, especially for the price we paid. The host is a gem of a person, very down to earth and willing to help whatever you ask. He has thought a lot and made facilities in this property very much considering the needs of the family. Everything is working including netflix , so my kids were very happy. Very specious flat with secured parking. This property is worth booking in all aspects.
Cons: Can't find any issues.

Pros: Very clean appartement, super friendly host, private parking, appartement is full with equipments, near the highway between Casa and for example Marrakech. See picture, a small gesture but my children loved it
Cons: Due to the highway, it was a little bit noisy
