Pros: The apartment is excellent value for money: it is spacious, nicely designed, with a generous selection of tableware. The water supply is good (which is not a given when you travel across the country, so I mention it separately). And the host is very helpful, and friendly and speaks English. The terrace is spacious too, and well organized. The WiFi is very reliable with excellent signal strength.

Cons: If you are looking for a nice view, this one may be risky - you look not at The Mosque and the sea, but rather towards them, as they are at quite a distance, while right below the terrace there is some slams, and then a port storage area. However it also has its charm, as you are looking at all that from quite a high floor. Location is also both good and not good - on the one hand it is so close to two train stations, that we actually walked to Casa Port with the travel bags (say, 30 minutes relaxed walk at maximum), but city attractions took somewhat longer to reach, (still at a walking distance). I am hesitating between the 8 and 9 points in my assessment mainly because the view is a bit of an overpromise.

Pros: The appartement had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra blankets. We instantly felt home in the cosiness of the place and the view from the balcony was very pleasant.

Cons: There were some bathroom odors coming from the hallway bathroom, and the lack of water hose in the toilet was inconvenient.

Nice work-stay in Casablanca

Pros: Good location, not far from Casa Voyageurs train station. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment and all the furniture are very new and clean. There's a well-equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. The apartment is on the 9th floor, there is elevator and security service in the building. Wifi was fast and stable, the apartment is suitable for working and for long-term stays as well.

Cons: There's a construction right next door, so it is noisy during the day. There was a weird smell when I first entered the apartment.

Ljus fin lägenhet

Pros: Fin stor lägenhet med en härlig balkong på 9:e våningen. Lätt incheckning med kodlås. Bemannat med vakt dygnet runt i entrén. Nära spårvagn och buss. Köksutrustningen behövs kompletteras och en stor spegel saknas. Snabb kommunikation med ägaren.

Non fermarsi alle apparenze

Pros: Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Le indicazioni fornite per raggiungerlo accurate. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario.

Cons: La zona in cui si trova l’appartamento un po degradata

Séjour parfait.

Pros: Le standing de l’immeuble , la décoration, l’agencement du studio parfait pour un couple .

Cons: Le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas , pas d’accès au parking souterrain ce qui nécessite de prévoir de payer la place dans la rue sous réserve d’avoir une mauvaise surprise au réveil (contravention ,sabot ou fourrière).

Pros: L'endroit est calme, propre, décoré avec goût on s'y sent très bien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Excellent appartement; neuf et très bien situé.

Pros: L'emplacement est bien situé. Proche de la gare CASA Voyageurs.

Je recommande

Pros: L’appartement est très bien, neuf avec des comodités. Bien situé. Facile pour se garer dans la rue.

Cons: Il manque quelques équipements comme un fer à repasser par exemple.
