Will reccommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place

Pros: The view is amazing and the apartment is very comfortable. The security is tight which is good thing but can be a bother at times. Overall i would rate it the best apartment in terms of location and comfort.

Cons: Bringing guests was a bit of a hassle. just had to sign in at the desk with IDs, then a guard will come up to the aprtment with you to make sure you are going in the apartment. No other restriction on bringing guest along.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with great views!

Pros: The location was good. It is next to the Casablanca corniche and about a 14-minute walk along the corniche to the top attraction in the city - the Hassan II mosque. Our 9th floor apartment had awesome views of the ocean. Wonderful! Also the apartment is only a few minutes walk away from the famous Rick's Cafe and a nearby mall. The main staff person I was in regular contact with via WhataApp - Boujemaa El Ouinkhir - was excellent. He was easy to communicate with and was always just a message away.
