Spacious apartment in safe area | good choice!
Pros: Safe Apartment. Lots of security around the compound. It's in the middle of a hotel strip with some very expensive and some regular hotels. And security and hotel staff is everywhere always. The door of the apartment has also many locks. Stone throw away from Casa Port train station. Some small convenience stores nearby. Tram nearby or use the app Indrive works really well to get around town. Walking to Marina possible but corniche too far for walk. Apartment is huge lots of space and clean. Make sure you know before you arrive the floor and the number + code. I didn't ask it so had to do it on arrival. Better to know in advance the guard will ask for it . They have fast wifi very good.
Cons: All is good. If I can make a recommendation it will be: Make sure some extra towels are there + some shower gel /shampoo. I know it's an apartment but it saves hassle if you want to take a shower on arrival. Could not find the remote control for the AC so had to do that with my IR phone app. I don't know why is the plastic on the table it makes it less easy to laptop with mouse had to buy a mouse mat at nearby mini so, not a problem of course.

Great apartment with everything you need plus walkable to sites & restaurants.
Pros: Location was perfect, walked to major attractions plus only 100 m to tram, buses & train especially for airport for only 60 mad. The apartment had everything we needed & clean.
Cons: Had to contact host to find hidden air conditioner remotes.

Very nice flat in a convenient location
Pros: Located in between Casa Port station and Place des Nation Unis and the Medina, the apartment is in a very convenient position to visit the city main attractions, which can be reached by foot or by taxis in a few minutes. Next to the apartment there are also many nice restaurants both very cheap (central market) and very expensive ones. The self-check in was extremely smooth. Air-conditioning and Internet were perfectly working and the apartment is spacious and well-equipped.

Great location, larger than expected
Pros: Great location, larger than expected, very helpful host. Just what we needed first night in Morocco. Looking back at the photos a few days later, it's a different room at a different price

Pros: Modern, very new appliances, fridge, washer, microwave, stovetop/oven, kitchen in general. Good lighting, window shutters, furniture. Updated bathroom/ toilet. Clean tiled flooring. Great location. Spacious, Netflix etc. Great View & suprisingly quiet.
Cons: Perhaps things like kitchen appliances could have been cleaner, but that could be from previous tenants. Some newer and just more variety of cooking utensils/ plastics/ would be great. Not one spoon of any kind, had to go buy a plastic one to eat yoghurt, no biggie.

Really really close to the train station
Pros: Really, really close to Casa Port train station. An easy walk even with heavy bags. The flat is a great size for a couple. Washing machine, fridge etc.
Cons: The apartment is on the 8th floor. Most people wouldn't mind.

Pros: Self contained apartment. Excellent location. Looks like the photos. Lots of little annoyances, but overall good. The security guard was lovely, and contacted host to get keys. Then he tried to teach me a few local words.
Cons: Hard to contact host to get keys. Then he asked for cash payment of City Tax, which was already paid via booking.com. The wife came in when I was out one day, and moved my breakfast things, even threw one out which I had not quite finished with. Heater behind toilet door, would be difficult for a larger person. There are no block out blinds, and the nearby square is brighly lit all night.
