Pros: It was new, clean and easy communication. The parking in the garage free of charge is a really useful benefit!

Cons: Missing the air-conditioning system! Also the window frames are new, but poorly adjusted. The street noise and low temperatures created some discomfort.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Pros: L'hôte nous a très bien reçu et tout a été fluide. L'appartement est très bien situé. Le tramway est à deux pas du logement. Et le top une place de parking souterrain !

Cons: Étant donné que l'appartement est dans une avenue très passante il y a beaucoup de bruit. Les personnes qui ont un sommeil léger penser à prendre des bouchons d'oreille !

Zentral gelegen, Straßenbahn in Sichtweite

Pros: Der Balkon gefiel uns, besonders der Hängesessel, die beiden Badezimmer waren gut. Sehr komfortabel war die fußläufige Nähe zu zwei Straßenbahnlinien (zum Meer und zum Bahnhof). Die Wohnung war sauber, die Matratzen bequem.

Cons: Die Straße ist, vor allem zur Rushhour, sehr laut. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt. Es gab wenig Geschirr, kein Geschirrspülmittel, keine Geschirrtücher, keine Spültücher. Auch Salz war leider nicht vorhanden.

Pros: Séjour parfait ! Le logement était extrêmement propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. L’hôte a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme : communication rapide, accueil chaleureux et organisation impeccable. Je recommande vivement, merci encore pour ce séjour de qualité.
