Localisation au top, proprio accessible et facile d’accès mais une petite rénovation de l’appartement serait appréciée.

Pros: Localisation, gardien devant l’immeuble, accessibilité

Cons: Il faut renouveler le mobilier, notamment le canapé ainsi que la literie. Les éviers sont bancales, et il faudrait arranger un peu la salle de bain.
