BM Resort

Pros: We traveled to Morocco as a family of 3. Nationalities Moroccan & German/American. The apartment is super nice and clean! It has everything you need, plus your own parking spot in the garage. The place is secure and family-friendly, with a play area for the kids. It's also close to the beach and has a small market for last-minute shopping. The apartment is on the ground floor with a beautiful balcony right by the pool. The owner is kind and helpful, available 24/7 for any questions or assistance. We had a fantastic vacation and made the best decision choosing this place

Overall good experience with minor suggestions for improvements

Pros: The location. It is close to the sea. The area is secure and the kids can run freely on the territory. Thanks to the rubber bracelet the security guards know to which apartment a kid belongs. There is an abundance of swimming-pools. The BM Resort is close to the Sidi Rahal Beach and the local markets where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, pastries. Sidi Rahal Fish Market is not far away. Dar Buazza Garden store is on the Complex territory. Nice place for kids, kids can really enjoy and make noise. And yes, we had an underground parking! The cleaning fee is included for real and booking.com do really charge that. And yeah, the life-guards are there and we saw a life-guard pulling a girl out of the water. Very friendly staff on the premises.

Cons: Once the booking was made, i received a message from Sara. She was talking about the cleaning fee right away. I had to re-read the agreement and to call booking.com customer service who confirmed that the cleaning fee was already included in the deal.Sara gave her ok, and looked like it was a discovery for her.The beach is dirty, lots of plastic and garbage. The apartment is good, but it would be really better, if there were a small table and at least two chairs in the kitchen. The host claimed, that there is no place for that. I told him that he can remove the decorations, and hook up the microwave on a shelf on the wall, and thus win some space for a table and two chairs. I needed more working surfaces for cooking. The kitchen needs more knives and especially a knife-sharpener. Luckilly I had my Opinel knife in my luggage. My kids lost two bracelets which made the host kind of angry. I told him to go ahead with the price and stop arguing. Finally he called , i guess Sara, and came back with the price of 15 € !!! Per bracelet which ended up by making me pay 30 euros in Maroccan Dirham equivalent. And those are just pieces of rubber. Anyway... And yes, the host took 70 € too as a city tax. I told the host it would be great if the City could clean the beach for us. 2€ x 5 people x 7 days.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment. Small, but very comfortable kitchen with lots of equipment to make food. Lovely terrace, spent all evenings in. The owners are lovely people.

Cons: Our staying at ends of May for the week. Had 3 kids ages 9 to 11. After finishing pool 8pm, they had nothing to do us all play area was in renovation works, kicked the ball outside they’re not allowed.

Pros: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, les piscines sont propres et sécurisé, l'appartement au RDC \

Cons: Trop de clore dans la piscine.

c'est un endroit à conseiller pour passer des jours de calme.

Pros: LA disponibilité de Sara et la gentillesse dz son père. L'appartement est très bien équipé,, tout est propre. le cadre est calme et sécurisé, sans oublier que nous avions une place réservée dans le garage en sous sol ce qui est en soi un grand avantage.

Cons: la plage est très sale, la mer est trop rocheuse. On a dû se rabattre sur les piscines de la résidence qui sont propres et sécurisées.

Gezellig

Pros: De hosts zijn heel gastvrij. Veel tips gekregen, ik mocht de eigenaar appen wanneer ik wou als ik vragen had over van alles van marokko.

Cons: De afstand naar de stad is wel ongeveer 40 minuten rijden

Pros: La résidence était bien sécurisé les appartements étaient propre et confortable le propriétaire est très accueillant.

Pros: Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement in einer sehr schönen Anlage mit mehreren Pools. Besonders familienfreundlich mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder jeden Alters. Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und zu jederzeit erreichbar um evtl. Kleinigkeiten zu beseitigen.. Einen geschützten großen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage führt direkt zum Appartement. Im großen und ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt

Prachtig resort buiten het centrum, vriendelijke en behulpzame host

Pros: Prachtig resort met meerdere zwembaden en speelfaciliteiten. Appartement is van alles voorzien. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Het doucheputje was verstopt, maar de host wilde meteen iemand langs sturen om het te repareren.

Cons: Het resort bleek nog 35 minuten verder van het centrum dan aangegeven op de website. Bij de zwembaden zijn geen mogelijkheden om te zitten of liggen. Restaurant was (nog) gesloten, strand was erg vervuild en daardoor niet uitnodigend.
