Nice Apartment, Poor Common Areas

Pros: The apartment itself was nice and clean. There were extra blankets available, which we appreciated, and overall the interior of the apartment was comfortable.

Cons: However, the common areas were a big disappointment. The hallway smelled strongly of urine, and despite the apartment being nice, the corridors were dirty and unpleasant. There was also an issue with the shower – the sealing is poorly done, and even with the glass doors fully closed, a large amount of water leaks out from the bottom, almost causing a small flood in the bathroom after every shower. Another downside was the missing dining table and chairs. There was plenty of empty space in the apartment, so it felt unnecessary that basic furniture like this was not provided. Additionally, the accommodation advertises free parking as part of the stay, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. However, upon arrival, we had to look for parking in a building across the street, and it was paid parking. This was quite disappointing and misleading. Overall, the apartment itself was fine, but the building maintenance, facilities, and accuracy of the listing need improvement.

Pros: Everything was great! Beautiful and well decorated apartment. Very clean, comfy and fully equipped. Wonderful host always ready to answer any questions. Safe area with many security guards and very close to Casablanca's best restaurants and night life!
