Excellent, lovely home

Pros: This has to have been one of THE best places to stay in the Whole of Morocco. From the very start, the landlord was very proactive and always available to answer your questions & making sure I had everything I needed. I felt like I was in my home. I follow a strict diet and was able to cook everything at home. Then relax and choose my favourite shows on the FREE Netflix, Amazon prime and much more streaming apps. The balcony was gorgeous. The parking was excellent apart from a little tricky bit. The bedroom, bathroom’S and house were all very clean. It was very relaxing that I was able to study and enjoy my peace and quiet. ( there may be a little bit of construction work going on but it seemed to had stopped). No bugs or ants so that is a plus. Two lifts that take you up. From ground floor or underground parking lots. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to whoever.

Cons: Nothing major really and not the fault of the landlord. The electricity went out in the building two hours due to wreath storms ☔️ but the flat had electricity on its own. The lifts didn’t work so I had to 7 flights up. So just take that into consideration if you’re using a wheelchair. ♿️ 99.99% the lifts worked. I think it’s just a one of those situations the rarely come up. But overall not a major negative to offset the all the positives this wonderful flat has to offer.
