Top Location with Easy Access and Great Value

Pros: The apartment is very well located 📍, spacious 🏠, and close to all amenities. Being on the ground floor with easy access 🚪, it offers great privacy. Very good value for money 💰 and the host is always reachable 📞. Public transport is also nearby (bus, taxi, inDrive) 🚌🚕. Bus lines 5, 20, and 19 make it easy to get around all of Casablanca: the city center, the corniche, shopping malls 🛍️, and even the Hassan II Mosque 🕌. The area is lively and vibrant ✨. I stayed for 16 pleasant days and I highly recommend it 👍.

Pros: We had a great experience renting this flat. It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with most essentials for day-to-day living. Conveniently located near shops, it offered everything we needed during our stay. The owner was especially kind and provided excellent customer service throughout. Our car was parked right outside near the front entrance, and there was a night guard present, adding a layer of reassurance.

Cons: Although the area initially seemed a bit sketchy, we quickly realized there was nothing to worry about—locals were friendly, and we never encountered any issues.

Excellent value for money if you can ignore the downsides

Pros: -Even though there were no physical staff they still kept in contact and ensured I made it to the apartment safely, I didn’t feel alone. -Left a range of snacks for myself and my friends which was really kind, is exactly how advertised on the listing. -Great value for money

Cons: 11AM checkout time, feels a bit early especially as check-in time is at 5PM There was a strange sewage smell that occasionally lingered and we couldn’t locate where it was coming from, we had to close every door in the place

Cozy stay in cozy apartment

Pros: The hosts were great, and they tried every possible way to make my stay comfortable, with smallest details accoommodated. This is a self contained 2 bedroom small cozy apartment tastefully decorated. Has a small fully functional kitchen along with laundry machine. Wifi is very strong. The hosts even offered home made couscous for lunch as extended hospitality, I am thankful to them for their personal touch.

Cons: The check-in and check out timing is a little off. Try to work this with the host in advance according to your plans.

Excellent place to stay in Casablanca

Pros: It was very clean, we got there and we had some cookies and juice for us. The communication with the host was very good, and was pretty clear about everything

Cons: For me it was a little too far from city centre. But that was my fault as I could’ve checked it.

Pros: Good price and good localisation. Have all in outside. Good comunication.

Pros: The place has everything you would need during your stay. Netflix and youtube are available on TV while staying at home. Although the area is somehow local and noisy, the connections to the city are easy to take 3 minutes away from the flat.

Amazing stay in beautiful apartment

Pros: I had an amazing stay at the apartment! The host is amazingly friendly and the communication (through WhatsApp) was perfect, even though we haven’t met in person. The neighborhood is really nice: very multicultural with lots of streetfood, shops and cafés just around the corner. You’ll find no other tourists in the neighborhood but every single person treated me like a local. Busstop for #19, 20 and 5 are just around the corner. On my next visit to Casablanca, I’ll stay here again for sure!

Cons: I liked everything, the only thing that would have been convenient was a washing machine, since I stayed at the apartment for a whole week. But it really was not a big deal.
