Résidence de Nice

Pros: Great location in Casablanca, only a few footsteps away from the Corniche and plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes. The apartment is modern and well equipped with everything we needed. The washing machine was a big benefit for us to do a laundry in the middle of our trip.

Cons: Missing hangers in the bathroom for towels and missing clothes drying rack, this was quite inconvenient. The walls were quite dirty.

Modern, clean, very well equipped

Pros: The apartment is lovely, modern, perfect even for long stays. All the photos and details that are advertised truly match reality. The support team is also wonderful and responds quickly.

Cons: Almost half of my experience was ruined by an incident which caused internet shortage. I am aware that it was not the staff's fault (since all the building was affected), but it pretty much affected me, as I needed to work. It had been fixed in the meantime, so it won't affect anyone else (...unless someone else cuts the internet cables again).

Pros: Excellent location of the object. Excellent and helpful staff. High floor. Exit to the roof. View of the courtyard. The cleanliness and freshness of the renovation.

Cons: The extractor hood in the bathroom needs to be updated. A cold floor.

Pros: Nice apartment. Comfy bed and also the couch. It was nice that we had a secure parking spot.

Cons: All good!

Overall it was fairly good experience despite the few issues experienced.

Pros: The host was responsive enough to accomodate our check early check in and in overall responded to all our qeuries. The location is also convenient as there is load of restaurants around and the coast is not too far either. The kitchen had almost all the required appliances except a microwave.

Cons: There was noise because of drilling next to the facility and that was a challenge as I was working the remaining 5 days of our 10 day stay. The same applies to my partner who wanted to rest during the day but couldn't because of the noise. The balcony area is good but no drainage outlet so it was flooded because of the rain.

Great stay with easy access to different restaurants and shops!

Pros: The apartment was very neat and clean. The location was good as well! Easy access via the conciergerie company with all needed information. I would definitely choose this location again.

Cons: The price was a bit high than expected.

Pros: Nowoczesny, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament , blisko spacerkiem do plaży, do głównego meczerltu też można dojść w 30 minut. W pobliżu są sklepyni restauracje.

Pros: Het appartement was lekker schoon. Het had alles wat je nodig had. Vooral de wasmachine was handig omdat wij een doorreis maakte en een wasje konden draaien. Er was genoeg handdoeken, wc rollen en shampoo. En het was handig dat het een privé garage had om onze auto te parkeren.

Cons: Dat ik via Booking een appartement de luxe had geboekt en dat ik een andere appartement had gekregen. De appartement de luxe was duurder en die had ik niet gekregen. En daar heb ik wel voor betaald. Want de appartement die ik had gekregen was iets goedkoper.
