Pros: L'espace , bonne localisation, intimite, securite proprietaire tres getille et chaleureuse et gerant tres a l'ecoute.

Cons: Manque de certaines comodites par exemple pas de climatisation dans toutes les chambres micro onde qui ne marche pas et disjoncteur qui saute .
