Pros: Location was excellent and it's a very spacious apartment.

Cons: Balcony is not private and no seating here. Beds are too firm for me. Several light bulbs in bathroom not working and the front door difficult to get open.

Pros: Easy communication with the owner of the apartment, who was so kind as to take us to a large market. the apartment is phenomenal, the location is also... the ocean is a few minutes away, the shopping center is 2 minutes away, 15 minutes to the city center by taxi, 10 minutes to the Hasan tower by taxi. I heartily recommend this apartment!

Between the mall and the deep blue sea

Pros: Location is fantastique! Property is between the Anfa Place Mall and the deep blue sea (50 meters both ways). Cannot get any better. The Marina, Ain Diab and Bab Marrakech are also close by and easily accessible by Yango/InDrive.

Cons: Nothing not to like here.

Pros: Très spacieux très bien placé très propre merci à l équipe du ménage Brahim est très accueillant il vous fournit toutes les informations nécessaires à votre arrivée Le parking est vraiment un plus car ça facilite énormément. Pour l'emplacement franchement c est Top on ne peut pas faire mieux.

Pros: Top locatie aan het strand en bij alle voorzieningen van de mall. Parkeerplek onder de appartementen. Veel ruimte!

Cons: Het was schoon, maar kan een echte grote schoonmaak gebruiken (voegen badkamers, apperatuur in de keuken).

Nem tökéletes, de ár-érték arányban nagyon jó. Tengerpartozásra vágyók ak tökéletes

Pros: Az elhelyezkedés kiváló. Ha tengerpartra vágysz, tökéletes választék. 4 fürdőszoba.

Cons: Igaz, van 3 hálószoba, de az egyik inkább mosókonyha lehetett, ami kicsit kényelmetlen. Búgnak és csepegnek a csövek. Az egyik szobában az egyik ágy NAGYON nyikorog. Az egész lakás hallja, ha a másik oldaladra fordulsz. A tisztasággal nem volt baj, de nincs olyan ajtó a lakásban ami jól működne. A legzavaróbb az, hogy az udvaron nincs egy csap vagy locsoló, hogy lemosd magadról az apró homokot, amit akarva, akaratlanul beviszel a lakásba, majd belemosod a lefolyóba, amitől kb az összes kád, tusoló es kagyló félig el van dugulva. Bár van terasz, de nem a vízre néz, illetve olyan kicsi, hogy maximum cigizésre lehet használni (állva, mert egy szék vagy asztalka sincs). A lakás valahol a földszint és az első emeleten között van.
