Pros: Lovely place with very kind and helpful hosts. They helped us with taxi prices and recommended great places nearby, which made getting around much easier. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Pros: Gorgeous view from the kitchens’ balcony. Tasty Moroccan breakfast served to my apartment due to weather conditions (it’s usually served on the rooftop from which you can see the white sacred heart cathedral)

Cons: Some micro details in the apartment as two stains on the tv wall and the table cover that was not the right size. Also an unnoticeable stair that leads to the bathroom in which I tripped a couple of times.

Good hotel with great service.

Pros: Beautiful apartment hotel with great service from the staff. Easy to communicate with.

Cons: The apartment do not have thick walls, so not sound-proof. A neighbour came knocking and told us to keep it down (me and my friend were talking/laughing at around 1 am, though, but still. I wanna laugh and talk with my friends and sip chai when we feel like it.

Pros: A fairly new apart-hotel. The apartment was a good size for a small family. It had everything you need. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and is prepared individually, so it's best to come and order in advance. The noise level depends on the neighbors. Free public parking is available on the street, but there's paid underground parking near the park. A large park (Arab League Park) is nearby. The area seems safe. A little away from the noisy streets and squares. There's an elevator. The hotel is easily accessible from the train station by tram, and then by foot past the park.

Great location but avoid the ground floor apartment.

Pros: Very well located. Spacious apartment. Kitchen and washing machine. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful.

Cons: The ground floor apartment is noisy because it’s almost in the reception area. It was very dark and felt creepy when we arrived at night. Lack of windows and a dingy dark courtyard that upstairs floors look down on.

Great hotel, great location w parking in front of hotel

Pros: Very big apartment, all clean. Breakfast was great, with good coffee and you could chose from moroccan or continental breakfast (both were great). Super location, safe and quiet neighbourhood. We could park our car for free in front of the hotel. Nice personnel.

Cons: We asked for breakfast for 8 o’clock, but guy only arrived at quarter past and we got our breakfast at 9:00 only. If you go for a sightseeing tour after, it is really not OK.

Pros: Fabulous only we had trouble with the shower leaking on the floor, very central, and comfortable. Thank you.

Pros: Exceptionally spacious, neat, and very clean. 5 star hotel linen. Conveniently located. Super helpful staff, especially Hakeem. Found everything we needed.

Cons: A little noise from outside but I managed to sleep through. Curtains in main bedroom is see-through. Would prefer proper curtains.

Pros: The staff was professional and patient they gave us time and listened to our concerns. The rooms were clean and cute my parents loved their room. We had a balcony but we didn't use it much. We used the roof for Breakfast and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely come back for our next vacation. The apartment was calm even though it is very central.

Cons: Literally no complaints

Pros: Excellent room and very helpful staff. Would stay there again
