Modern apartment, fully equipped. New modern part of the city. Amazing host.

Pros: The apartment exceeded my expectation. Feels like real home. Not like other sterile short term rentals but real home feel place. Apartment is brand new (2024) fully equipped, including the kitchen. Thanks to decent modern decoration and interior design I Immediately felt like I am at my own home. Very comfortable stay and very carrying host. Underground garage parking, balcony with seating, air condition, fast WiFi, community swimming pool. House and garage is under protection of the security company. The apartment is in newly built project and not everything around the house is finished yet (2024) a car is must to reach a shopping place or go to somewhere for social life. Not a tourist spot for now but great place for someone looking for modern western style accommodation in high standard with own vehicle.

Cons: If you are okay with the fact that the place is not in the city centre but in newly developing modern west style area where local services needs to be finish, the place is super and the host is amazing.

Pros: Mustafa was cooperative and showed good care sending us the instructions and asking for our arrival time, the apartment was clean and well equipped the location is outside the crowded streets of Casablanca which was a positive point....the location is 500 m away from the ocean and multiple parks around the place

Pros: La résidence est récente et propre. le personnel est top et le propriétaire envoi toutes les informations en avance de phase. Une place de parking sécurisé est comprise dans la location.

Très bon logement , propre et fonctionnel

Pros: La résidence et l’appartement est très propre et relativement calme. Les équipements sont suffisant pour un court séjour. Le logement est fonctionnel et l’entrée dans le logement avec les indications données et très facilitante.

Cons: Un petit bémol car c’est un quartier en expansion donc pas mal de travaux (petites nuisances sonores mais rien de bien méchant). Cela n’est pas en lien avec le logement en soit. Et le vis à vis sur le balcon qui est omniprésent, à prendre en compte !

Pros: Franchement j’ai trop aimé cette maison Elle est super belle calme avec une terrasse trop agréable 🥰🥰🥰💯💥💯

Pros: Отличный комплекс, несколько хороших бассейнов, но мы не успели их посетить, т.к.останавливались на 1 ночь, в аппартаментах есть всё необходимое, всё в рабочем состоянии.
