Excellent communicative hostess

Pros: Our hostess could not have been more helpful. She waited to greet us at the property and showed us everything. Excellent communication. We had other queries which had nothing to do with the rental which she tried to help with. She went above and beyond. Great communication. The open plan sitting/dining area was very comfortable and worked well. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in and useful to have a washing machine. It was also good to have 2 balconies with seating and floor to ceiling opening windows. The location is 14 miles from Casablanca and it was very useful to have hired a car. Free parking directly outside. Easy road into the City. Excellent Carrefour supermarket and ATM within the vicinity. Great looking market just by the apartments which was closing when we arrived. Padel club close by if you are interested! (Tamaris Foot & Padel)

Cons: Unfortunately the pool was not open, out of season at the time we visited because it was cold for most people, which was a little frustrating since it looked so inviting. Most attractive with the coloured lighting at night. Made for a beautiful outlook. The bathrooms were compact and tricky to manoeuvre in, but great to have 2 bathrooms. View from the main bedroom was over the beautiful pool, but the back bedroom was overlooking an empty site that will be built on in the future which would improve the outlook. Lots of building happening in the area. You wouldn't be sitting looking at that view anyway. Quiet at the moment. Lovely to hear the call to prayers. Ideally, back bedroom needs a long mirror and a bedside light on a low bedside side table if at all possible, even if it was battery operated. The tall boy, presently between the twin beds could easily be moved to the corner to make space. The cot, although very useful for a family makes the room appear smaller and a little crowded. If it is collapsed and put away it would improve the look and space of the back bedroom. Possibly not necessary to be continually in situ. These recommendations do not alter the fact that we enjoyed our comfortable stay and hostess.

Large, bright, clean and quiet

Pros: The appartment is large, bright, clean and quiet. Very nice bed, a lots of storage places. The spimming pool is available to swim, the whole neighbour is very peasful. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Cons: This area is pretty far from infrastructure - be ready to use a taxi to reach some destinations. Don't trust google maps - sometimes you can lost walking because there are mountains of waste instead of roads. (But the residential complex itself is beautiful)

The Best Property, rooms were quite big, bed were comfortable. Kitchen has almost everything

Pros: We were a bit late to get to the property but host was very kind enough to let us check-in. The customer services were quite good and importantly the host is just a message/phone call away.

Cons: I cannot think of anything... to be honest. One has to be pretty demanding and negative to pick holes as far as this property is considered.

Pros: Very comfortable mattress, pillows and bed linen. Very quiet (I slept like a baby). Spacious. Beautiful view to the pool. Responsive and helpful host. A very sweet female dog stays near the entrance to the building. She is totally black in colour, jolly and very friendly and polite. Please feed her as I also did every day.

Cons: The kitchen is functional but upon arrival it was missing some items, i.e an igniter for the stove, a cutting board... There was a broom but nothing to pick up the dust with. There was a large pot which is useful to boil spaghetti but the medium sized pot was not useful (it was not possible to clean it due to overuse and peeling) which meant making pasta was a challenge (I had to cook the sauce first, leave it aside and then use the same pot to boil spaghetti). There is no outlet for water inside the apartment that is at floor level so it is difficult to wash the surfaces. This is also due to a lack of cleaning rugs (I would have bought them myself but there were none available in the small shops near the apartment. They only had small hand towel sized rugs). I felt the host doesn't frequently visit the property and is unaware that it requires regular maintenance and lacks some things that would make guests' stay more comfortable. Finally, the center of Dar Bou Azza is 2.7 kilometres away. It is a peaceful town that has a few good eating venues and can be accessed by a cab application. However, if you wish to take public transport to Casablanca (26 Kms. away) you will need to first apply for a physical bus card in the bus company's office in Casablanca (the station is only 450 meters from the house but unfortunately the bus #301 does not accept cash).

Pros: Hôte disponible et très serviable, toujours prête à rendre service. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Le personnel de la résidence est vraiment agréable et serviable. Parfait pour déconnecter.

Cons: L'appartement est situé en dehors de Casablanca (environ 30 min en voiture de la ville) Il y a très peu de choses à faire sur place.

Pros: Piscine, gardiennage résidence sécurisé, réactivité du loueur, équipement appartement.

Cons: Ascenseur en panne, aboiements incessant de nombreux chiens errants toutes les nuits côté entrée. Dommage !
