Pros: Appartement spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnel, confortable. Bon accueil du gardien. Clim réversible donc chauffage. Bonne Wifi. Lits confortables. Résidence calme. A 5 mn de la station de train et pas trop loin de la station de bus.

Cons: La nuit Il n'y a pas d'eau dans l'appartement. Légèrement bruyant avec le tramway...

Pros: Un Appart en excellent état avec un très bon décor et des équipements variés. Nous avons très bien apprécié

Cons: Un peu le bruit du tramway qui passe juste en face mais c négligeable en comparant avec le haut standing et l’équipement riche. La fermeture des fenêtres réduit considérablement le bruit
