Pros: Appartement confortable, bien équipé, proche des commerces, proche de la plage. Pas besoin de sortir le véhicule.

Cons: Les vues extérieures donnent sur des cours

Pros: La localisation, les équipements fournis. Un petit rafraîchissement au niveau de l'entrée serait un plus mais cela n'impacte pas la réservation de location.

Pros: L’emplacement de la résidence face au parc ! Et l’agencement de l’appart

Cons: Rien à signaler juste je conseille d’installer dans la douche un bras flexible à étagère pour les produits de douche (gel shampoing etc été)
