Good value for what you pay

Pros: Nice location just 3 minutes from beach, huge terrace, appartment spacious, new building, clean, nicely aquipped kitchen.

Nice and clean downtown apartment near the beach.

Pros: Apartment: Clean, good size. 2 bathrooms. Fully furnished and well equipped. Very spacious and sunny balcony. Location: In a neat residents building with elevator in a central location. 5 minutes walk from the beach/boulevard. Conveniently located near stores etc. Although centrally located the area was quiet. Arrival/departure: We were well received upon arrival, keys were handed over and all was well explained. Same upon departure. We would stay again.

Cons: No dislikes, but just to mention: Although I prefer a firm mattress, this one was a bit too firm. It took a while for the shower to become warm and the pressure was so-so.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist super gelegen - nicht weit zum Bahnhof oder zum Strand. Alle wichtigen Dinge sind in der Nähe - Restaurants, Geschäfte usw. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet, besonders toll ist natürlich die große Terrasse.

Cons: Tagsüber ist es natürlich ein bisschen lauter, weil die Wohnung so zentral und an einer großen Straße gelegen ist. Ein bisschen aufregend war auch die Ankunft - weil zwei Damen vor Ort waren, die weder Englisch noch Französisch verstanden haben. Aber das war mit ein bisschen Humor auch schnell gelöst.

A great and clean place near to the beach

Pros: The location is great. Near to the beach and mostly the property is clean and modern. Wifi is provided with an extra charge. The lady who own the place is very friendly.

Cons: The bed makes noise and there are some orange plastic chairs that are not safe to sit on. The kitchen is equipped with old stuff.
