Pros: Le.personnel de sécurité et d'entretien de la résidence est accueillant et souriant. L'emplacement est agréable et le calme très appréciable.

Bon séjour dans un appartement agréable très bien situé sur la corniche de Mohamedia.

Pros: Appartement agréable très bien situé sur la Corniche de Mohamedia, à 1 minute de la plage, de la promenade et des commerces. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Cons: Un balcon extérieur aurait été un plus. Les piscines de la Résidence sont petites et ombragées donc eau très froide, sans espace dédié pour s'installer avec sa serviette. Du coup on a pas forcément envie de s'y baigner, heureusement qu'il y a la plage juste à côté.
