YourPlace Rabat Agdal 1 - Cozy Residence

Pros: Very nice apartment, roomy and well furnished. All the promised facilities were available and more. Walking distance to the tram station and restaurants/shops.

Cons: The kitchen and bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise everything was great!

A spacious and comfortable apartment with a fantastic terrace and excellent host communication.

Pros: We had a great stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and has a very large terrace with a lovely view over the city, which was a real highlight. Communication with the host was excellent; he was very friendly and provided all the necessary information clearly and promptly. There is an underground parking available, and it is also easy and safe to park on the street nearby. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: Great communication with the host. Location was easy to find with accurate and easy to follow directions. Key access was nice and easy as well. Good wifi, kitchen was adequate ie just what we required, bathrooms were good

Fantastic, the combination of cleanliness, helpful staff, prime location made our stay enjoyable.

Pros: I recently spent 8 days at YourPlace Rabat Agdal 1 and had a wonderful experience. The property was exceptionally clean, and the general manager was incredibly helpful, accommodating every request we had, from access to small needs. The location is a standout feature, situated just 150 meters from the Arribat shopping centre and 50 meters from a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city for as little as 60 cents or 6 DHM per ride. Free WiFi was also a great extra, adding to the convenience. The location was in a quiet area, with a MarJane grocery store below us, a Pizza Hut around the corner, fantastic barbers nearby, and a local bakery at the bottom of the road. The food at the Sky Top restaurant on the 5th floor of the First Suites hotel is an absolute must-visit.

Cons: Our traveling party occupied three apartments, with ours located on the 4th floor. While the apartments were generally comfortable, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Specifically, the sofas in apartments 9 and 13 are in need of an upgrade, and the flushing mechanisms on both toilets in apartment 13 require fixing.

Pros: I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place for 10 days with my mother, and we both absolutely loved it. The environment was peaceful, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My mother especially appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail. We truly felt at home and can't wait to come back again.

A peaceful stay in the heart of Rabat

Pros: The property was well-located and clean. I only spent two days on the property but it was overall a good experience.

Cons: Although I can't name obvious shortcomings, and maybe because I am a coffee addict, but the coffee machine I found there was of bad quality and didn't work as intended.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at YourPlace. Despite the very low price, the apartment offered excellent value. The location was convenient, close to [mention nearby attractions or amenities]. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local spots. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for quality accommodation on a budget. Highly recommended!\

Perfect place to stay in Rabat

Pros: I stayed at this splendid flat with friends and we all enjoyed it very much. It's a full flat, with two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. All very modern and comfortable. The host, Ismael, is a very very nice person and we had great communication going on. Check-in was the easiest ever: I received a message with the code to enter in the electronic keypad at the door.

Weekend stay at YourPlace

Pros: I booked last minute and the building Manager Mohamed managed to arrange everything for us. We had an issue with the old bathtub floor and he managed to bring an anti slippery mat for our convenience, which l highly appreciated. He also checked on our wellbeing everyday to make sure our stay is up to our expectations. Kudos to him for being super polite, respectful and accomodating. Appartement is slightly old but is modernly furnished with comfy living room sofa. Location is just perfect, close to many shops and restaurants, and underground parking also available.

Cons: The only main issue was the construction that we were overlooking from the appartement windows, which was quite noisy and unexpected for the weekend. Work only stopped on sunday and was on for both Saturday and Monday, great inconvenience for my elderly mom who needed rest. Though, Mohamed managed to try and negociate with the construction site Manager to stop the work, which didn't happen. However, compensation was given and apologies were accepted. Also, there are no TV channels but Netflix account is available. Bedroom closets could do some modernization.
