Wonderful

Pros: It was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect everything is easily accessible, and you can reach shops, restaurants, and important places very quickly. It’s very close to the Agdal train station, which makes traveling extremely convenient. The place itself is very cozy, clean, and comfortable, creating a really relaxing atmosphere. I felt at home immediately and truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The Host was easily accessible and Polite. The kitchen facility was adequate. The Apartment was neat and clean. The check in instructions were good and supported by a small video which was very helpful.

Cons: The chairs of the dining table were broken and one of the toilets had a foul smell, probably due to some drainage issue, most likely related to the building's central drainage.

Home away from home.

Pros: The apartment is very well furnished and well equipped. It feels more like a home than a holiday accommodation. The host is a very friendly man who met us at the apartment to ensure a pleasant check-in. He tried to his best to welcome us to his place even though we had abit of a language barrier but still managed to understand each other. Apartment was clean and tidy, wifi and television channels worked well. No complains!

Best place I've stayed at in Rabat

Pros: We found the apartment to be ideally situated, with impeccable cleanliness and exquisite traditional Moroccan decor throughout. Mr Said proved to be exceptionally attentive and courteous. When my son inadvertently left his mobile phone in the apartment, Mr Said went above and beyond, graciously delivering it to us despite the considerable distance. I wholeheartedly endorse this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Pros: Everything was nearby. There is a tram station nearby where it costs 6Dirham for each trip using a ticket machine at the tram station. Masjid al badr walk away. Ar aribaat mall is approx 10mins walk. Exchange is 4 minutes walk opposite side of appartement on your right through the convenient store at the end on left.

Cons: No safety deposit box. No ironing facility/No iron. Towels and bedding had stains and not enough towels if 5 ppl staying for more than one day.

Very clean modern appartement, really lovely and helpful owner! Do recommend!
