Well located modern comfortable apartment

Pros: Location close to restaurants, cafes, transport & supermarkets. Very clean & modern. Great shower & wash machine. Small but functional lktchen-able to cook simple food. Good heating/cooling. Great wifi. Lift to first floor. Keypad entry & good communication with host.

Cons: Expect early morning calls to prayer as mosque is close by. Some street noise at night.

Pros: Amazing and comfortable place. Great daylight, very clean, nice area. Very cosy. It felt like my home away from home ❤️

Cons: It's expensive if you stay here alone and it's far from the centre.

Minor issue with internet on day of arrival which was quickly resolved. So, overall this accommodation is great! Clean,

Pros: The apartment is located in the center of Agdal, everything was near, the avenue of France and Arribat center if you want to do some shopping, good restaurants, a Mosque for the Jumuah prayer. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, very modern looking and comfortable.

Cons: The apartment is located in the 3rd floor, the elevator wasn't working, so we found it tiring especially with the luggage and for an elderly person. It would be nice if they added some cleaning equipment like a broom or a vacuum cleaner.

Agdal centre

Pros: Le logement est compact mais fonctionnel. L'accès a été facile et la réactivité de notre interlocuteur parfaite. La proximité des services, les chambres donnant vers l'arrière (travaux côté avenue), l'équipement de la cuisine et les moyens de transport proches, sont un vrai plus.

Cons: La taille du séjour est tout juste suffisante pour quatre et les assises du salon sont moyennement confortables.

Great place for a work stay.

Pros: The property is located in Agdal - close to everything you need for a work trip Arribat Center., Carrefour, Marjane, restaurants, the tramway. Highly recommend. Safe - key only elevator, double locked key pad doors, kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable. Great communicative hosts.

Cons: Currently construction in the area but should be finished soon
