Pros: J'ai eu le coup de foudre pour ce bel appartement. Un goût raffiné et tous les détails de décoration et meubles sont superbes. Appartement bien équipé et très très très propre et confortable. Je n'hésiterai pas de revenir de temps à autre. Et la plage à 10min par voiture. Parking sécurisé et gratuit. L'épicerie, boulangerie et le marchant des légumes et fruits sout tous proche. En plus de la pharmacie.

Cons: Le 4ème étage peut-être un peu pénible en fin de journée ou aux personnes âgées à en tenir compte.. Pour l'entrée de la résidence, faire attention au pare-chocs si la voiture est basse.
