Pros: L’emplacement La gentillesse des gardiens et jardiniers La décoration La piscine La climatisation dans le salon Se garer facilement Proximité épiceries, plage,

Cons: Manque des rideaux dans les chambres, pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit et il y faisait chaud la climatisation ne monte pas jusqu’au chambre Manque de matériel de cuisine et de menage Douche du bas inutilisable pas de pommeaux de douche Bruyant le soir et la nuit ( mais ce sont les locataires qui font preuve d’incivilités, enfants qui sonnent à la porte et partent en courant la nuit)
