RABAT Residence - OCEAN STAY

Pros: Great little place. In a really nice neighborhood close to nice amenities. and friendly host. Would definitely stay again

Pros: The location is very accessible to everything. They are true to the pictures that posted on the website. It is very clean and organised. Also the host Mr.Imaad is very kind and very helpful. I woul really recommend this Residence and would definitely coming back here. Just note that, you have to send them a WhatsApp message once you're arriving or once you reached the location. Because there is no reception or stopping point. You cannot go inside the building without the key card that will hand over to you by a staff once you told them that you reached the location. So better that you have a mobile data to send them a WhatsApp message.

Pros: Great for a quick overnight stay. The assistant who helped check us in was very friendly and kind and the host was really responsive and gave a lot of recommendations. The room is small and is part of an apartment converted into 3 rooms but everything is secure. Parking was available on the street easily.

Pros: We had another great stay at Rabat Residence. Staff were so helpful and accommodating as always. This property is in a great location and we enjoyed our evenings, meeting new people on the communal balcony whilst being cooled by the sea breeze. A highly recommended place to stay.

Spacious apartment for a family near downtown Rabat

Pros: Spacious apartment, easy parking, close to the ocean and downtown Rabat.

Pros: spacious and tasteful interior; nice terrace; very good communication with owner who was very helpful

Cons: rather down-scale neighborhood with no decent restaurants near by. But streetcar to Medina and longer walk no problem. Room for improvement when it comes to check-in and check-out: we arrived at check-in time and received information to get keys at the fourth floor; however the elevator can only be used with a tag, which is attached to the keys! A good soul gave me finally a ride to the fourth floor, where I met to tenants who explained the situation; took a little while until someone showed up and we good finally check in. Check-out time was 11.30 and no way to negotiate a later check-out; after a short excursion town we arrived at 11.34 and already had received a worried message about the check-out. Detail: while the rooms where clean, the cupboards were not and the equipment needed to be up-dated; no problem this happened and the owner responded quickly, but we had to share 1 teaspoon until then.

Another Great Holiday at Rabat Residence

Pros: The kindness and helpfulness shown by Imad and his team are wonderful. They really help to make our stay very special. Rabat Residence is in a great location, close to all amenities, including the beach, but also allowing us to enjoy a more authentic Moroccan atmosphere in the immediate area. The accommodation is also perfect for us with a lovely shared terrace to enjoy the sea breezes. We have stayed there many times before and will go again as soon as we can!

Cons: There is nothing we don't like!

Pros: The place as described. The location is 10 min walk from the city centre, surrounded by shops and all other amenities. Yet it was quiet and pleasant with soft and nice sea breeze at least at the time of our stay mid-June.

Cons: The balcony was shared with the next room, and the guests who checked in on the 2nd day of our stay were smoking. This shouldn't be allowed or clarified before check-in. However, they weren't there most of the time.

Cons: Toilet in shared corridor, not in the room. Shower smelled bad when the door and window were closed
