Pros: Excellent location. Breathtaking view. So clean and new apartment. Mix of modern & traditional furniture. So friendly host and staff with 24/7 support. I highly recommend it to everyone. This property exceeded my expectations.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful. The appartment was perfectly located, close to the tramway stop. It was very clean, and almost all amenities that one needs were present.

Pros: Everything amazing , best bed I ever slept on, everything needed available , very attentive to the detail. most amazing and very responsive Host Laila . Delicious welcoming tea Will definitely return!

It was pleasant.

Pros: The location of the apartment was good: the line of the tram close, the sea as well. The apartment was big, the beds were soft and comfortable, the kitchen clean and pleasant to use.

Cons: Unfortunately, there were absolutely no pegs or lines to put your towels in the bathroom, no ventilation. The bedrooms miss the reading lamps at the bedside tables. That could be improved.

Unforgettable experience

Pros: We very very very highly recommend anyone to book a stay here at Ksar Bhar, here we received the best and warmest welcome ever, we even got served a welcome meal, the studio was very clean, nice, and comfortable, the view on the ocean from the balcony is perfect, very relaxing and we spent great time in there, Layla was very kind, sweet and had a very pleasant presence 😃, she helped us out even to book a cab to the airport ! So if you plan your stay in Rabat, this is the place we recommend !

We had a really restful and worry-free stay at this property with all our needs taken care of.

Pros: There is no breakfast included. You can easily buy Moroccan breads and cheese from the nearby market and store these in the house to have for breakfast. There's a lovely cafe (BH cafe) on the main road just around the corner (walk towards the sea and turn left), which serves a good breakfast - a more affordable option would be to stroll into the market near the tram station and get fresh breads or fruit. The location is excellent for public transport, but is not close to any of the tourist attractions. There's a blue-taxi stand near the market and a tram station (Hopital Moulay Youssef), which connect you to other parts of the city. The sea is visible from the property and makes for beautiful morning and evening views - for an actual beach swim you would need to go elsewhere (we went to Plage les Princesses). There's a washing machine in the house and you can clean your beach wear easily.

Cons: The internet isn't the best - TV viewing gets interrupted every now and then - but really no major complaints!

Fantastic place! Book it!

Pros: Had an absolutely amazing experience here. Our host Leila warmly welcomed us . She even went further and had Moroccan cookies and tea prepared for us. The apartment was really clean and spacious, it did not have that ‘lived-in’ feel that that many apartments have on here. Everything seemed brand new. She even had toiletries readily available for us which would have come in handy if we forgot our own. The place is also a stones throw away from the ocean . I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. It felt like the host really cared about our experience.

Pros: Просто фантастические апартаменты. Удобно, красиво, тепло, супер чисто. Океан в 5 минутах ходьбы. Место из которого совсем не хотелось уезжать. Крайне рекомендую.
