Pros: Staffs specially Mr Taqik and others are cooperative and the location also good.

rainy days but awesome stay

Pros: this is my second time in this lovely hotel , everything went smooth , from checking to checkout , nice room , prompt and clear answers from the staff ( here a big up the receptionist Tarik, very kind and efficient to answer quickly my messages via booking system and also to handle professionally my checking at arrival) . in general nice place to stay and enjoy it from the balcony view or walking the beaches fews meters down the street.

Pros: The apartments were big, comfortable and clean. Not far from the ocean.

Cons: breakfast could be a bit better, it was just basic.

Pros: We have to say that the staff at this hotel have ALL together got to be the best, friendliest, professional, caring and welcoming we have ever come across anywhere. This is not just in our many months over many years travelling around Morocco where we have found some lovely hospitable individuals BUT this particular hotel has in our view the very best of the best anywhere in the world!!! 1st and foremost Amina (general manager) and every other member of staff including the housekeeping staff and the security man looking after the cars etc. EVERYONE was so nice, smiling, attentive and really welcoming. Thank you again for our latest visit - we WILL be back.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Very clean. Good breakfast. Close to the ocean. Thanks to Amina and Chaymae.

Best view in Mohammedia!

Pros: The top floor apartment was spacious and had a superb view over the bay. The bed was large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: The bathroom door stuck. It felt like I was locked in! The bottom of the door had suffered some damage - probably from water. The TV couldn't receive channels, only Netflix and YouTube.

Pros: Nice room / studio and super friendly staff at the front desk

Cons: The room showed some lacking maintenance, but all in all, it was in good condition

A delightful retreat to rest and relax

Pros: We loved the warm welcome we received from Tarik the minute we arrived at L’Escala. This was followed by equally lovely genuine staff members Chiamaa at reception, Amina in the kitchenette who prepared our delicious breakfast each morning and Madam Amina who cleaned our apartment and all the other friendly staff who were so kind and helpful and made our stay so special. There is a lovely pool area with sun beds to relax in the warm sunshine. The location was perfect for us two minutes from a lovely clean beach where you could hire an umbrella and chairs for your comfort at beach. There are so many and varied very reasonable restaurants in the area serving delicious food. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk where you can get anything you need for your stay. Along with a pharmacy, hair Salon and Turkish baths. Tarik and Chiamaa were so helpful arranging taxis or trips for us. Nothing was any trouble for them.

Cons: Can’t think of anything

Pros: Very good hotel. Perfect place to get some rest and relax after our tour through Morocco. Tarik took great care of us and was very proactive.
