Pros: I have enjoyed my stay at livin garden studio. Everything was great 😊 The bathroom is clean and fully functional. The bed is comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is spacious and stylish. high speed internet 🛜 The place is well secured 👍👍👍

Pros: This property is exactly like the photos. It is clean and modern and all the staff are very friendly. John the owner is always quick to respond. Maha the manager is very welcoming. The staff at the front gate are friendly. The appliances for cooking are great. It is not that close to the centre, the price reflects this. It is in an area that has lots of services. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Cons: I requested some new pots and pans as the ones supplied were non stick and very damaged. It took a week for them to arrive.

Pros: J’ai passé deux nuitées dans l’un des appartements de Livin Residence et j’ai été vraiment ravie de mon séjour. L’appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux et surtout d’une propreté irréprochable. Le propriétaire est extrêmement bienveillant, disponible et attentif, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour confortable et sans souci.

Pros: Le logement offre un excellent niveau de confort. Literie de qualité, espace propre et bien agencé. Une très bonne expérience.

Cons: Je souhaite signaler que certains éléments essentiels manquaient dans l'appart'hôtel, notamment un sèche-serviette et un porte-savon. Cette absence a nui au confort et à la praticité de la salle de bain.

Excellent and good value

Pros: It's very clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and close to all main streets. Felt very safe walking there.

Cons: The front door code suddenly stopped working and it was 12 am, so I panicked but John was very kind to respond immediately and reset it for me.

Pros: مكان الأقامة مؤمن بالحراسة بشكل ممتاز وكذلك توافر جميع احتياجاتك في الشقة . المالك جون يتواصل معي بشكل محترم عبر رسائل الواتساب وأعتقد أنه يقيم خارج المغرب

Cons: بعض الملاحظات في مستوى النظافة وقد صورتها وارسلتها للمالك على الواتساب وكذلك طريقة الدخول معقدة نوعا ما ولايوجد استقبال ولازم تدفع مقدما حتى يرسل لك رقم سري يفتح الشقة وكذلك الحي قديم نوعا ما وليس آمن لدرجة أن بعض البقالات عليها شبك حديد فيها فتحه يعطيك طلبك من خلاله وهذا الأمر ازعجنا كثيرا وسبب لنا ردة فعل عكسيه لإحساسنا بأن الحي غير آمن . على عكس الحي المقابل له الذي يفصلهم شارع عام يعتبر حديث وآمن وسكانه من طبقه عاليه سكنت فيه عند قدوم للمغرب

Estancia inolvidable en Casablanca. Apartamento perfecto.

Pros: Hemos pasado 5 dias en Casablanca hospedados en este apartamento que cuenta con todas la comodidades, servicios y atención que se puede pedir. Con parking privado con seguridad, personal que te da acceso desde zonas comunes hasta el apartamento, y si tienes cualquier inconveniente te lo solucionan al instante por whatapp. La atención ha sido excepcional y hemos estado super comodos, y bien atendidos. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar y más, las instalaciones son modernas, y está todo muy cuidado. Recomiendo este alojamiento para tu estancia en Casablanca 100% y espero que podamos repetir. Muchisimas gracias por todo.
