Pros: Beautiful modern apartment, very tastefully decorated, looks even better than the photos, the beds are top quality and extremely comfortable, we all slept so well. We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of space, kitchen well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. The residence is safe and secure, staff and security very helpful and polite, they helped us with our cases. Location is good and quite central and easy to get around, taxis are cheap we mainly used InDrive which is like Uber, there is also a tram system which is cheap. We visited the markets, Ain Diab beach and also my family in Hay Hassani . I recommend Derb Sultan market for shopping has everything and very cheap. Would definitely stay again, great value for money too.

Soatious and comfortable apartment in a safe place

Pros: Spatious appartement, well decorated and very comfortable! The staff was very helpful and helped us to resolve quickly a little issue with the wifi and the air conditioning. Also very clean place with security 24/24

Cons: A little far from the Hassan II mosque and the old medina. We had to take the car to get there.

Pros: De rustige ligging in een mooie complex. Het app is voorzien van alle gemakken en alles is modern ingericht. Douches waren heerlijk en bedden wel hard, maar vond t niet vervelend!

Pros: Sehr sauber, gut geschnitten und top Lage. Zwei Familien hatten jeweils ihren eigenen Space. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend!

Pros: Muy amplio, cómodo y sobretodo muy seguro. Tienen vigilancia las 24 horas. El anfitrión siempre está pendiente si necesitas algo.

Pros: Logement spacieux et très propre, proche de toute commodité Propriétaire très agréable et réactif

Cons: Matelas de la chambre parentale trop ferme pour nous. Simple vitrage ne permettant pas d’isoler les bruits de la rue

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Pros: Smart key permettant d'accéder à l'appartement. L'appartement était conforme aux images sur le site de réservation.

Cons: Le temps mis au bailleur pour nous fournir le contrat de location et les détails d'accès à l'appartement. Cela a été fait le jour même de notre arrivée bien que la réservation ait été faite plusieurs semaines avant et que nous ayons échangé des messages, ce qui a généré du stress. J'aurais aimé avoir tout finalisé longtemps avant notre arrivée.
