Nice place in casa near the sea and beach and shops

Pros: Location was verry good. Verry nice beach is 150 metre of here. The shoppings are 500 metre of apartment. İts a verry good place to be. İts my second time.

Cons: Everthing is good here.

Просторные апартаменты рядом с океаном

Pros: Хорошая локация, рядом океан, до пляжа и торгового центра – 17 минут пешком, на территории жилищного комплекса есть супермаркет и кафе. Апартаменты просторные, чистые. Удобное дистанционное заселение. Отличный интернет, ютуб летал. Дали водички.

Cons: Столовые приборы в ужасном состоянии, вилки гнутые, ножи способны только пилить еду (берите лучше с собой, в ближайших супермаркетах их не купить). Непредсказуемые замки, в том числе внутрикомнатные (можно случайно запереться). Кухонная вытяжка слетела в первый же день эксплуатации (надеюсь, её починили хотя бы после нашего выселения). Кондиционер совсем не грел (либо мы просто не разобрались с ним), лучше взять с собой пижаму на пасмурные дни.

Bon rapport qualité prix et localisation idéale

Pros: Très bonne localisation confortable grand et lumineux Sécurité et parking + ascenseur Facile d’accès pour une entrée rapide ( boîte clés ) Échanges faciles avec le propriétaire , merci

Cons: Le lavabo était en panne dans une des salles de bain en cours de réparation pas de serviettes ( info à prendre en compte) nous en avons eu quand même d’ailleurs merci Le parking est étroit faire attention
