Modern studio with excellent location.

Pros: Studio is very clean and modern. Location is perfect on the Corniche and nearby Hassan II Mosque. Owner is very professional and reached out to us on WhatsApp to provide lock code on day of check in. 24h security at reception. Lots of resturants and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing. Everything is perfect.

Real meaning of Value for Money

Pros: The apartment is modern, very close to the sea. There is a 24h security. Many equipment for cooking, and taking a shower in the apartment.

Cons: The door of the apartment is locked with a digital code. When we were out of the apartment, its battery died and we stayed in the corridor for 2 hours to be fixed. Otherwise, everything was well.

Good for a vacation or even work from location.

Pros: Location - 2 mins from the beach. 20 mins from the Medina and 30 from the train station, but cabs (petit taxi) are always available on the street. Walkable from the Mosque. Apartment - clean and modern. Safety measures are well taken. Privacy and facilities such as washing machine and kitchen is top. I did not see the host at all, only the cleaning ladies before I checked in. Which can be positive.

Cons: Wi-Fi is a little lousy at times.

Pros: Great, modern and spacious property, close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops within an easy walk. The concierge was very helpful and there was good communication with the host online. The apartment is well-designed and tastefully furnished.

Cons: Not a major criticism, but we would have appreciated a few more home comforts: more than 2 towels for the bathroom and a bath mat, a tea towel in the kitchen, bin bags, and more than 1/2 a toilet roll would have been nice.

Top verblijf, zou zeker nog een keer terug komen als ik naar Casablanca ga

Pros: De ruimte! Mooi ingericht ook. Locatie is echt top! Eigen parkeerplek😁

Cons: De hygiëne kan echt beter!! Er lagen nog kruimels op de bank van vorige gasten. De handdoeken gingen nog te drogen buiten. Badkamer niet echt schoon. Zonde want het is volgens mij best nieuw.
