The Flat is clean, the staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Pros: The receptionists and staff are friendly and Helpful. The Flat is Excellent.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: It was the perfect cosy apartment after staying only in riads. Booked at the last minute and it was the perfect choice. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and felt like home. They even brought us a special dinner for Ramadan.

Cons: The area is very crowded at noon, and it's hard to find a parking lot. After 5PM there were no people and cars on the street, so it was easy to park in front of the building.

Although there were a number of small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and the staff were lovely.

Pros: Our room, which was more like a suite had a living / dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. It was large, spacious and comfortable. Large patio doors led onto a small terrace with table and chairs. There was a television with all the TV channels you could wish for! Breakfast was not provided however there were small grocery shops and a market very close so we could buy whatever we needed. There as a kettle, coffee machine and small kitchen area in our room which was useful. Our stay coincided with the start of Ramadan and we were provided with a complimentary hamper at sunset on both the days involved, which was much appreciated.

Cons: We were told the hotel had only been open a few months and we discovered quite a number of ‘snagging’ issues. In the bathroom the rainhead shower didn’t work, the shelf fell off the wall, the end of the toilet roll holder fell off and the door wouldn’t close properly although it did lock. The entrance to our room didn’t lock. The dining table was wobbly but was easily fixed with a folded up piece of card. The maintenance man was very prompt and repaired / replaced everything. Our main issue was the noise from outside. Even though there was double glazing and metal shutters we could hear a lot of loud noise from the street - especially the call to prayer from the the mosque opposite which woke us every morning at 5.30. The hotel didn’t have a restaurant (which we knew) but there was a card in our room with a QR code which we could have used to order takeaway - except when we tried it the subscription had apparently expired and the service was not available.

Pros: Nice new flat, but if there is a kitchen, it should be equiped with utensils.

Cons: We asked for the room in the most upper floor and we got first floor. The hotel should have a toilet for clients also outside the room, I mean, when you come in the afternoon to pick up the luggage before going to the airport ...

Pleasant stay!

Pros: The apartment is comfy and clean. Beddings and pillows are comfortable. We had a great stay!

Cons: The water pressure is not strong enough for showering.

Pros: Great hotel in the heart of Maarif. Beautifully decorated spacious rooms, separate living room and bedroom. The most comfortable bed I had in a long time. But the best thing is the welcoming and helpful hotel staff. We were immediately helped everytime we asked for anything.

Cons: The wifi did not work properly in our rooms. Everything else was just great.

Very good I will definitely come again and tell my friends about it

Pros: Super The reception staff were wonderful and helpful. The room design and color coordination were excellent, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've visited in Casablanca .

Pros: It was a wonderful experience overall. The welcome was warm and professional from the very beginning. The place is very clean, and the room is comfortable with a beautiful view and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The environment is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. I wish them all the best and continued success
