Great hotel with friendly staff

Pros: I have been here multiple time and it is great hotel at a great location. The 24 Reception staff are very customer focused and really helpful.

Perfect

Pros: Super sympathehic, helpful staff, perfect breakfast, super luxury room, very safe area full of cafes, restaurants, fast food places around. The famous Amoud Anfa is also very closeby. The street was a very little loud but no problem at all. They also upgraded us to executive suit for free :) so it was a 10/10 experience in total.

One of my best hotel stays!! Loved it!!

Pros: Everything. The rooms were fantastic with a lot of space. Felt like home , especially the beds which were so comfortable. We had 10 rooms , 17 of us in total, and everyone loved it. A special thank you to Mohammed who assisted us and made sure everything was good, even coming to our aid when our booked and paid for in advance transport did not turn up. A wonderful boutique hotel, in a great location. Will recommend and my first choice if ever I return to Casablanca. Deserves more than a 10. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was always there to assist.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like. Amazing hotel. Wonderful experience

Pros: The service was excellent, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of many attractions. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops, the location is perfect for both dining and exploring. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and outstanding value for money.

Top Location, Great Hosts...

Pros: DownTown Hotel has been remarkable experience, Mash'Allah. May Allah Bless all the staff who made our experience so special. The cleaner Hajar was so kind, polite and respectful. Our breakfast was well looked after with charming Osama and the amazing Khadeeja, with the food being varied, fresh and tasty, Alhumdolillah. Abdul-Hamid, Ameen, Omar and Owner Haj. made the stay ever so pleasant, Mash'Allah. The location of the Apart-Hotel was phenomenal. The Masjid and many food outlets were such a small walking distance. I loved my daily walk to Arab League Park for fitness. Thank you for the lovely time ❤️

Cons: Parking was a real struggle. Especially in the evenings. I would recommend you create a small gym in the basement for your guests, I think this might encourage others to visit your Apart-Hotel.

Large, newly renovated rooms

Pros: Very spacious and newly renovated rooms. We had the junior suite with came we a full kitchen and lounging area plus a big outdoor private terrace. Would be great for a family. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: Everything was great. Large room with two rooms. Polite staff. Parking is available either under the hotel in the garage or along the road for 2 dirhams per hour from 8am to 8pm. No problem paying 10 dirhams for parking from 8am to 1pm.
