Pros: excellent location. Staff very kind and helpful. great to have a bar/restaurant in house. size of the room very good

Cons: the wifi in the room was not good, and then every place (bar, lobby) had different wifi hotspots. Carpet in the rooms and stairs really old, to be changed

Gorgeous hotel, really impressed!

Pros: We were really impressed with this little boutique hotel, the rooms were comfortable, huge beds, lovely shower with good water pressure, A/C - no complaints - especially as the price was so reasonable! The breakfast room, which is also a bar in the evening was really lovely, a little bit of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The bar opens out into a courtyard garden full of plants and surrounded by huge bamboo, really pretty. Would return without hesitation!

Ups and downs

Pros: Very nice staff at the front desk, helpful . The rooms are quiet and the location is nice. So it's good value for the price you pay.

Cons: There is carpet everywhere so if you have allergies it doesn't help, for me it doesn't feel really clean. They should know when you rent a room that it is for 2 so they should prepare the room for 2 and give towels accordingly. However when you ask they are really helpful .

I’ll be back to Hotel Gauthier - it’s the perfect, cool little hotel in a good location.

Pros: Central position, large room, great restaurants/bar/breakfast terrace. Staff were excellent - very helpful & friendly.

Great option for a stop in Casablanca

Pros: The hotel is located close to the old city of Casablanca but at the same time in a beautiful residential area. The room was very spacious and clean, the staff very kind and the breakfast offered a wide range of options. Don’t miss the courtyard, a little oasis.

A great hotel for a short stay

Pros: The rooms, staff, food - all amazing. It was relatively quiet after Eyd so we got a free room upgrade, the staff were incredibly helpful with everything, the restaurant food is of a very high standard and the breakfast was the best we’d had in Morocco.

Cons: The road outside was a little noisy but didn’t bother us.

Pros: Great location, good amenities, very comfortable beds. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is quite expensive for Morocco, but it was great for us as we were there on the first day of Ramadan and everything was closed. You can also enjoy a glass of wine there.

Cons: The breakfast is not great. There are too many sweets and cakes, not one vegetable.

A good find for a welcoming and comfortable stay

Pros: Despite the external 'look', this was a lovely find. Funky and appealing interior, with good fun art, lovely and helpful staff at reception and at the restaurant and bar. a very comfortable room and great bed. A really good breakfast with buffet and for the first time in my Moroccan stay, I was asked what kind of eggs i wanted and had a good freshly cooked omelette.

Cons: It was a little cold in the restaurant at breakfast but immediately the Manager/owner? spotted me moving away from the edge to the garden and had the heaters turned on.

Hotel was good value

Cons: Morocco restaurant was smoky and quite expensive

A nice surprise!

Pros: The location is good, the room had no frills but the essentials were there, the bed was comfy and good internet connection. The hotel has a lovely restaurant area which is a great option for both drinks and dinner. The breakfast is rich!
