Pros: Othmane is incredibly warm and welcoming! He went out of his way to give us the most wonderful room with an absolutely stunning view—we can see the beautiful park right from the window. The view is so breathtaking that we hardly want to step outside at all. We’re truly grateful for his kindness and thoughtful arrangement, making our stay absolutely perfect!

Pros: Bedroom seperate from living space is nice. TV system in both is really cool.

Cons: A female staff member on front desk couldn't be bothered to say hello when we greeted them. The older porter at front door was very friendly and chatty.

Excellent, hope to use the hotel again on future visit.

Pros: Excellent. The location was great. The room layout was great, with an open plan living area and a bedroom. Location was very handy for most things we needed and once we got our bearings, was central. The hotel staff were pleasant and always very keen to assist. The range of breakfast menu meant there was an option for most tastes.

Above average stay at Suite Casa Diamond

Pros: I loved the esthetics of the room and the cleanliness.

Cons: For the breakfast they did not have a good range of hot meals for a 5 star hotel. There wasn't even an omelet/egg station. When my mum asked if she could get a plain fried egg, she was told that she would have to pay extra for that. That was ridiculous and unacceptable.
