Amazing

Pros: Breakfast was good. I mean I learnt to appreciate a new culture and food style. Location was perfect 👌🏽.

Cons: Everything was ok. I feel the rooms should have come with some complimentary spa sessions or complimentary surveniers.

Pros: It was a wonderful stay and Marwa from Guest Regards was very helpful.

Pros: We liked everything.thanks also to the support of the managers specially marwa the guest relations for her support and kindness. We will definitely come back just for her support.

AMAZING PERFECT

Pros: The attention to detail was amazing my husband birth day the set up our room and put rose petals and made him a beautiful birthday cake . Thank you samiha and team the cleaners are very good thorough thank you Sarah and the girls , guest relations marwa was attentive and so welcoming thank you soo much for your help the spa was value for money and amazing relaxation thank you so much Hassna the reception were soo good snd proactive in providing us with everything we needed second to none perfect

Friendly service in heart of Casablanca

Pros: My second stay within a few weeks of each other and was lovely to be remembered by a few of the staff. All staff are so friendly and helpful and eager to please. My room was upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise and bed is so comfortable. Great dinner at rooftop restaurant and lovely views. Good sized gym for a hotel with lots of equipment. Breakfast is really good too and once again charming staff, one even remembered my hot water for my teabags! Location is very central and safe in daylight for sure, I didn't go out at night.

Cons: Had very noisy next door neighbours on middle night of stay and when I called reception no one answered. As Casablanca is very busy with traffic you will hear cars beeping at night late and early morning. One small improvement would be to get the windows cleaned. Views are spoiled by bird droppings on the windows and would make a big difference.

Excellent and will stay again

Pros: The roof top swimming pool and chill out area was cool

Cons: The Check in staffs were not informative enough and didn’t notify me when the room was available as requested.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Very large room and I felt very comfortable. I didnt really spend much time at the hotel as I was out the whole time with friends.

He was incredibly helpful throughout my visit, always available to answer my questions and ensure that all my needs were met promptly. His dedication truly made a difference and further enhanced my experience at your hotel. Based on this experience, I am convinced that Mövenpick Hotel Casablanca sets a high standard for hospitality. I will certainly recommend your establishment to friends and colleagues travelling to Casablanca in the future. Thank you once again for such a memorable stay.

Cons: staff and services

Pros: Fatima gave us a free room upgrade which was great for the start of our trip to Morocco. Along with Widad they were helpful and welcoming for our stay.

Quick business trip

Pros: Lovely comfy rooms and great location. The rooftop pool is also a great highlight and food on restaurant here very good. Breakfast is busy but lovely staff and very happy to help and find your choices. The gym was really well fitted out for a hotel better than the average.

Cons: The gym could have been a little cleaner.
