Cons: Breakfast could be improved but overall good, we got free upgrade on room but room was to warm and since we visited in February air-condition couldn't be switched to cooling

Pros: Staff were wonderful .Nabil at the breakfast station was particularly caring.He made sure everything went well during the breakfast which felt more like a brunch .The breakfast is an absolute regal .There are more than enough options to choose from .Maria took excellent care of the room

Very nice and convenient.

Pros: Very good food in the main restaurant and on the top (with fantastic view over the city). Very good location in close proximity to all major parts of the city. Nice and helpful personnel.

Cons: Now all staff in the restaurants speak good English.

Pros: Very good service, nice personnel, good food in the lobby restaurant and on the top with fantastic view over the city. Very convenient location in the center of the city. Highly recommended to stay in with reasonable value for money.

Cons: Not all staff in the restaurants are good in English.

Pros: My friend and I travelled to Morocco (from Cameroon and France) to watch the CAN 2025 final in Rabat, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we entered our rooms, we were struck by their spaciousness and cleanliness. The beds were very large and extremely comfortable. The rooms had everything we needed, including a pressing iron—which is often missing in many hotels. The bathrooms were also spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful, hospitable, and attentive. They truly made us feel at home. A huge thank you to the cleaning staff for keeping our rooms in perfect condition throughout our stay. Although we are deeply grateful to all the staff, we especially remember Fatima Zahra for her constant smiles 🙂 A special thank you to Nabil at the restaurant—your warmth and dedication truly made our stay unforgettable.
