Definitely come back if I’d visit Casablanca

Pros: Staff was amazingly polite and friendly. Hospitality on a good level, for this money it’s the best value. Location is super convenient.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit poor, but maybe we came too late

A charming space, with attentive and hospitable staff, close to local amenities and tastefully decorated.

Pros: The property is in a good location, so it’s easy to get around The decor of the suite was beautiful, it felt homely And the staff were wonderful

Cons: My main drawback was the pool Swimming is my main form of exercise and the pool was too cold to use Now I did ask if it could be heated and the person at reception said yes, but I didn’t follow up to see if it had been done

Environment is very good, everything is fine

Pros: The Breakfast was very delicious, it quality’s was very good, so many items.

Great staff make for a great stay

Pros: Silver Suites is in a great location - it is an easy walk to the Medina, the Hassan II Mosque and lots of shops and restaurants. But what made our stay memorable was the friendliness of the staff. Amina on the reception desk was super helpful, had great suggestions of places to go, and even made a reservation at a restaurant for us in her own time. Yusola ( sorry if I have spelt tbis wrong) the housekeeper did a fantastic job, our room was spotless and she dealt with the couple of problems we had very quickly and efficiently. The staff should be commended for their great work, and it is because of them we will return.

Cons: Tea/ coffee in the rooms would be good. There is a kettle... but nothing to use it for!

Pros: Very nice staff! It was my first time in Morroco and they helped me in many ways, gave me advice on where to go, helped me make a SIM card and Internet! were always happy to answer questions. clean comfortable rooms and good working air conditioning

It was just overall amazing, mainly due to the staff
