Modern comfortable Hotel - excellent reception staff

Pros: Kaan is a large modern, but pleasantly welcoming hotel, located a short taxi ride from the Casa Port rail station, offering access to onward travel to Marrakesh or Rabat etc. Rooms were spacious & pleasantly decorated and well equipped. Two lifts served nine floors including rooftop restaurant. Breakfast area also available on the ground floor. The self serve breakfast offered a wide selection and was very enjoyable. The reception staff were professional, pleasant and particularly helpful to the ‘sometime sole traveller . All ‘ fluent in a number of languages including English & French. The Hotel was central to a number of the attractions in this vast City.

Pros: Contemporary design, spacious room, excellent rooftop restaurant, pleasant, helpful and professional staff - especially the young lady who checked in our party of three extending us the armrest of welcomes.

Pros: Nice modern boutique hotel. Was allowed early check in after overnight flight which was very much appreciated. Good variety of TV channels. Just missing DW.

Cons: No balcony despite room description stating overwise (only realised this after check out). Constant road noise, could hear people and cars all the time. Expensive breakfast buffet.

Fantastic hotel

Pros: Loved this hotel! Beautiful room, comfy bed, good shower and coffee machine. Breakfast is plentiful and the food at both restaurants was very good, although a bit pricey for Morocco. Love that this hotel has a laundry room with a free washer and dryer as well as access to an iron! This was perfect after a long tour around Morocco. Staff were welcoming and friendly ❤️

Cons: It didn’t seem to have much around it…but to be fair I didn’t really explore the area. There are some small supermarkets close by and I had no problem with being picked by taxis and tour groups.
