Very comfortable hotel in a good location

Pros: Spacious room and bathroom with bath and separate shower, very comfortable with nespresso machine. I liked the thoughtful details like a luggage shelf for 2 suitcases which makes it easy to pack and unpack. Large mugs for tea and plenty of toiletries provided. There was also an ironing board with iron. The breakfast was amazing

Pros: The location , the comfort of the room , the lobby

Cons: The club was very disappointing . The snacks were very limited . Breakfast was very good. Not all staff was friendly though

Pros: Classy hotel near centre with impressive palm tree garden as frontage Near restaurants and medina Friendly efficient staff with good international breakfast menu

Cons: Front lounge and bar soft furniture needs a clean/replacement Swimming pool cold and way too deep at 1.6 to 2.6m

Pros: It was a truly luxurious experience from check-in to check-out. Extremely helpful staff - all of those doormen - restaurants - bars and even helpful cleaners. The suite was very comfortable well designed.

Pros: The very friendly and courteous staff, always nice and willing to help, the clean environment, the location - close to most sites, the very sumptuous breakfast. The beautiful interior decor of the hotel - a lot of places to take lovely pictures in the hotel... The swimming pool is warm and clean...
