Excellent

Pros: We had a great family room that was organised over two floors. Comfortable beds! Amazing view on the mosque. Perfect central location. Very kind personnel, especially Abid, the waiter of the restaurant. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. It’s an excellent hotel for a couple of days in Casablanca.

Generally great stay

Pros: There was heating to help with the cold. The staff were amazing, Sadiya (cleaner), Adil (chef), and Isham were especially helpful. The location was central and the breakfast was pretty good.

Everything is fine, except for the lack of a bidet in the toilet.

Pros: The staff are welcoming, friendly, efficient, and provide you with all the support you need.

Cons: I advise you to install a bidet in the toilet; you will find that guests will come to stay with you from all countries ، None of the TV channels are working.

Pros: I arrived at the reception and discovered my reservation was wrong, It was my mistake. The staff was very very kind and professional and helped me to change the reservation. The general manager accepted to change my reservation without any charge. The reserved a taxi to the Airport at 4am and have a night desk. So you feel that somebody is taking care of you h24. The hotel is very nice, big and clean, perfectly located near Place des Nation-Unies. And then, they suggested to us a very good Marocaine restaurant close to them, Le Cuistrot.

Pros: Comfortable rooms, very attentive staff, the advantage of having parking and valet service in a centrally located hotel. Best of all are the rooms with views of the medina and the mosque. Please note that not all rooms have this view!!

Cons: Breakfast and dinner don't have many items replenished. Dinner, in particular, is more of a generic international standard (pizza, soup) than Moroccan food.

Pros: Front desk Yassin handled double booking well, free cancellation (of course) of second booking as the mistake was in Booking - and mine. Edrist was very helpful with luggage.

Cons: Booking did send two times confirmation request. And made a mistake and did the second confirmation. Impossible to cancel or even discuss with Booking. And now Booking is asking two times evaluation?

Pros: The Kenzi Basma, in the middle of Casablanca is one of the best hotels you can book there. Central, very clean and with a wonderful breakfast.

Cons: It will bd better if room has at least one bottle of water. Carpet was old.

It's easy and restful to stay here at the end of our tours

Pros: Service from the door men Hocimi and my regular helper with glasses and abid in the dining room - very very helpful

Cons: Whilst I got a free meal I had to pay for mine and drivers Tommy and his dinner / bringing 14 tour group people I would've appreciated his meal being paid ; perhaps a discount for our rooms
