Pros: Near city center not far from casa port if you continue on the little street Sidi Belyout.

Cons: Need more Light in room.

Pros: The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The location is perfectly comfortable. The rooms are clean but there is the problem with the shower, the water is going to be all over the floor because there is no door or something between the bath itself and the other space in the bathroom.

I wish I could stay longer at this warm & cosy hotel; however, I left with a hope to come back.

Pros: First of all, the staff: Starting with the reception, day shift receptionists Maroua & Soumia, night shift Badr, restaurant manager Said & his assistant Abderozok, bellboys, room service & house keeping staff were all exceptionally helpful, courteous & accommodating, always with a smile on their face - a typical example of professional hospitality.

Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like

Pros: Nice hotel in a great location, tea and coffee in room. We did have a bath as well as a shower which was great. Breakfast was really good and the waiter was marvelous. Overall the staff were really friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Just very thin plastic cups for tea in room, I know they are tend to split with boiling water. Water wasn't really hot enough for a bath so went for a shower, ok but we really wanted a bath.

Pros: Very comfy big bed. Really friendly helpful staff especially Dionna at reception 🙌🏼. I was away for a few days and they kept my luggage for me. Very close to the CTM bus station and medina.

Cons: Generally it’s a little tired and could do with a refresh but it’s in a great location and has very clean and comfy beds

Pros: Staff VERY friendly & accommodating. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Great continental breakfast, good selection, can order eggs to your liking if steam tray scrambled is not your thing. Good espresso coffee. Hot milk. Clean bathrooms.

Cons: Tiny elevators. Rooms are well worn, could use a reno. New carpets would make the hotel look almost new again.
