Diwan Casablanca Hotel & Spa

Pros: Great place to stay. Yes, its old and shabby. The glory of old days gone. But is that not a something very authentic and very local. With all that Casablanca spirit in it? Friendly staff will make your stay special. Place is safe and clean. Its not a 5star place, and needs renovation, but then all the spirit of old Casablanca will disappear... Breakfast is ok, good pastry choice, but if you're English breakfast lover, you'll be disappointed. Ask for an omelette. The chap is nicest person on the planet will meke it for you. Location - depends what you're looking for. For me- was proximity to Port Train station and Marche / Medina. 5 min walk to both. I would stay again. Thank you to all staff members.

Great hotel

Pros: Big hotel. Very friendly hotel. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The room was absolutely huge. Two sides with bathroom in the middle. Near the train station.

A comfortable quiet hotel with good facilities.

Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread and the man making the omelets did a great job, mine was really tasty. Good coffee too.

Excellent staff

Pros: The start we’re abstaining. We had booked half board for one day and got late, they moved it to the e next day without further charge. They were helpful and smiling at all times. The cook who served omelettes during breakfast, was very polite indeed. The waiters happily helped each time we asked.

Pros: Great central location. Room was lovely and staff friendly.

Cons: On our second night we were woken at 12am by a horrible loud noise in the room. We tried ear plugs, pillows over our heads but it was awful. We eventually went to reception at 4.30am. The concierge didnt bat an eye lid which made us feel it was perhaps a common problem. A workman was called and sorted the problem quickly (it appears it was a faulty generator above our room)

GREAT SHORT STAY near connecting Train and coach depot

Pros: I really enjoyed this hotel my daughter and I arrived later than expected but the staff were very accommodating and very pleasant even at midnight. And we were advised places to eat and also filled in with three breakfast and the decent checkout time as well the location was perfect as it's five minutes walk from the Casablanca station which was able to take us to our next destination very conveniently and it was a nice quick stay in amazing hotel with even more amazing staff.

Cons: There was a slight leak coming from the AC in our room. However it didn't hinder are time as we were only there for one night however had we have been there longer we may have mentioned something but it didn't really matter too much and it wasn't detrimental.

Pros: All personal very kind. Mr.Ayoub at the reception was very helpful. Clean hotel and all was perfect!

A pleasant and well-organized stay with lovely staff who really go out of their way to help.

Pros: Everything was very clean and well-kept. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Cons: Parking was a bit tricky to find at first, but the staff kindly helped us with it.

Pros: Everything went great. The staff were nice. The room was good, clean and comfortable. ATM and convenience store were just a few feet away. Great value for money.

Good value for money

Pros: The room we had was spacious with lounge area by the window. The bathroom was also big. The beds are comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Don’t have any claims as we stayed only one night at this hotel.
