Pros: Great location, rooms were nice and comfy and food was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this place.

Pros: The property is very well located , a 10 min walk to the Ocean front. The rooms are top class , but what amazed us is the quality of service.. From Housekeeping being extra sensitive to Latifa at the Breakfast Coffee shop , to Garima at Concierge...they all did the little extra to make the trip special

Location location location

Pros: Location was ideal for exploring the town. The dining room staff were exceptional! I would like to make special mention of Abdoulrahim who is exceptional at what he does! He is a special man whom I hope achieves full success in his pursuits! Samah, Amina and Latifa also come to mind and memory. We experienced genuine hospitality in that space! Thank you all.

Pros: Spacious room, well located. There is even an ATM inside which is very useful.

Cons: Very limited options for dinner inside the hotel. Due to large number of visitors for an event lifts were very busy and there was a lot of waiting in the GF lobby

Pros: The concierge Samir is the best person in the hotel. We had some problems with cleaning in our room but he resolved all our problems, helped with taxi and accommodation!!! He made our rest perfect and comfortable. He is very hospitable, friendly, kind and warm-hearted.

Cons: Room cleaning may be better and floor in the room is old and dirty. Plumbing is also old, and people smoking in the lobby are annoying.

Pros: Comfortable and conveniently located to major sights. Service was exceptional.

Cons: Bath towels were not replaced on both days. We found housekeeping service staff outside the room and asked for towels, which she also didn’t have. Minor issue though.
