The best price-quality ratio

Pros: The best price-quality ratio, perfect breakfast with variety of meals. We needed twin beds and reception found it for us. Special thanks to Ismail, reception guy, he did all his best for our comfortable check-in after late train arriving and staying. A room was huge, clean, equipped with all needed staff

Cons: Nothing bad to say

Good enough but could be better

Pros: Location nearby Casa Port is a huge plus. Also the fact that it's warm inside the room in winter. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space in the room.

Cons: Breakfast was tasteless, there were so many things to eat but the quality of them was low. You'd better prepare less dishes but better quality. Also it was a SPA in the hotel but really expensive comparing to prices outside of the hotel. It should be a discount for hotel guest like hammam + massage for 500 dirham (the normal price in the whole Marocco).

A good place for a one night stay - a bit loud.

Pros: The location was good, directly in the centre. The mattress quality was good, the rooms were warm and clean, and they had everything you needed for a decent stay. I would stay again (but the chances of re-visiting Casablanda are low - we didn't like the city that much).

Cons: The breakfast was quite expensive for what it offered - I don't recommend buying it if you don't have it included. The rooms were a bit loud.

Great location and facilities

Pros: Great location one block from train station Gare Casa Port and medina. Very helpful staff.

Amazing experience

Pros: I stayed in this hotel during my trip to Morocco/Casablanca. Located right in the perfect location, clean amenities… Special mention to the manager there, Hamza.. just put your need to him and he will help you the best possible way he could. What actually a customer service should look like, Hamza will make your experience it. Fun, and very professional guy. Also Ms. Halima, the in-charge for room service, would make sure you never have to ask for anything and it’s already available for you. One of the best hospitality I witnessed during my Morocco trip and stay in Casablanca.

Fancy experience

Pros: We got a late escape deal for this accommodation, and for us it was truly great value. The room was spacious and clean. At breakfast, it was the first time we were served something beyond the usual bread with butter and jam, so we really appreciated having vegetables and eggs. We also received two small bottles of water in the room for free, as well as house slippers, which was a nice touch.

Cons: The spa experience was a bit too expensive for us, so we didn’t try it. The water in the shower wasn’t very hot, but that was more of a nice-to-have than a real issue.

A place to stay

Pros: The stuff is professional, polite and attentive. Starting from the cleaner up to the receptionists. I felt well taken care of. The rooms are clean and the massages are superb. The location is a plus. All this for such a good price is unbeatable.

Cons: The sauna needs attention. The door is not closing properly and allows a cold airflow.

Pros: Everything was perfect- location, room, room, staff, service, food... Thank you. RECOMMEND!

Pleasant stay in Casablanca

Pros: The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good enough with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Some of the furniture is a bit outdated, but pretty functional The breakfast was very delicious. Also there’s a reserved parking spaces across the street for the customers.
