Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center

I will certainly return to this hotel the next time I am in this city.

Pros: - Location - Comfortable room - Reasonable pricing - Friendly hotel staff

Friendly staff, good location, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff (shout out to Madika and Khadiya at reception). Breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty. Room was generous in size and well appointed as per Radisson standards. Hotel is located at the junction of two tram lines so getting around the city was easy.

Cons: “Rooftop” bar was not open air on the rooftop, just a room with some tables on the top floor. When we ordered drinks they had to go to the ground floor to make them and bring them back up as there were no bar facilities. Gym and Spa were being painted so were closed.

Pros: Excellent location, superb food and very helpful friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing.....all was very good!

Pros: I loved the way how nice the staff were during the breakfast, reception team and the concierge. Very warm welcome I received every day

Cons: The location is just city centre and kinda noisy. But nothing to blame, just my preference is a bit quieter places

Pros: The service was great, friendly, helpful and joyful..especially Oumama was great..

Cons: They had some, I think, maintenance in the building, so there was quite some thumping noise. I think the whole day.

Pros: Hotel staff are friendly and dealing nicely, they are doing their best to satisfy guests. Thanks and appreciation to the reception employee Mohammed for his professional way during the check-in time and the reported issue follow up thanks also extended to Khadijah housekeeping supervisor for the very well service I received during my stay.

Cons: Unfortunately the A/C was not working on heat mode, hotel has provided a portable heater which was unsafe to be used during night time while sleeping, it had an electrical issue with some defects on the body which caused power off from main circuit breaker.

Pros: Very clean the staff professional and could communicate well in English… was close enough to tour the city and most importantly I could have breakfast in bed . Plus the rooftop restaurant had a perfect sunrise

A great hotel for a brief stay in Casablanca.

Pros: The staff were outstanding! They made my stay particularly comfortable and I felt welcomed. Housekeeping was especially warm and responsive, as were the professionals who helped me with checking in. I greatly appreciate the support that I received to help me locate the airline office. The restaurant staff was warm and welcoming. After flying along distance, I was happy to relax at the hotel.

Cons: The gym area is a bit dark. The equipment is good. Consider offering towels.
