Fantastic hotel and very friendly staff.

Pros: Lovely comfortable hotel, fabulous buffet breakfast and lunch. Dinner and bar food also really good value. Staff also really helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble from the housekeeping to the bar staff!

Cons: The pool area was lovely but wasn’t in the sun until 14.30 and seemed to be very windy every day.

Great, we loved it.

Pros: We liked the pool deck, the comfy room and all the treats that afford a 5 star hotel. The check in was friendly and easy and the service very gracious and prompt.

Cons: We wondered why the in hotel services where not listed on the TV - in the about hotel! We had to go down to the Spa level to view the costs and services offered.

Comfortable stay, and meet all our needs.

Pros: Was a lovely hotel, and in a great location for wandering around. Lovely furnishings and a fabulous buffet breakfast with delicious local dishes as well as western if you so desire.

Cons: As we were a group of friends travelling together, the shower situation is something to make note of. The walls of the shower were tranasparent, and even though there was a curtain to pull across, that only blocked half of the visibility, as the mirrored wall reflected the shower into the bedroom. Perhaps something that should have been mentioned. We were fine as a group of girlfriends, but if it was a work collegue it would have been very awkward. Other side note is the pool isn't heated. Ok for the locals, but at 17C, it was a little chilly for us.

Pros: Location, walk to old medina, plenty small eateries. Pharmacy across road exceptional.

Cons: Drinks service at dining was confusion. Lemonade was bitter lemon juice+ soda? Room only had 1 cup for tea, when the room serviced only 1 towel left. Had to phone reception twice to have laundry picked up from room. Reception staff good

Pros: The staff very good and the lady who clean our room 915 very polite her name Fatima Alzahra very kind and also one lady receptionist her name Abeer very helpful and so polite

Cons: Sometimes smell in corridors and bathroom not good
