Good hotel

Pros: Good, clean hotel and exactly what we expected. The location was decent — while Casablanca wasn’t our favourite city compared to others in Morocco, the hotel itself was in a convenient area and we felt safe during our stay. There were plenty of food options nearby, which was a big plus. Breakfast was great, and overall it was a comfortable, straightforward stay. I would recommend it if you’re visiting Casablanca.

Good option in Casablanca

Pros: Great position in the core of the city but as well in a secondary and more quiet road. Staff were very helpful and they let me park for free in front of the entrance. Good breakfast.

Cons: There were some noisy restaurants and clubs close to the hotel so there was a lot of noise until 1am.

Great Hotel in a Busy City.

Pros: The room was a good size and it was very clean. The included breakfast was really good. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Overall, I would stay there again if I find myself in Casablanca again.

Cons: Not the hotel's fault. Just a very noisy night. a lot of street noise.

Regular good hotel stay

Pros: Spacious room that had everything I needed. Nice breakfast served on table. The staff was friendly and welcoming, helping me with each request I had.

Cons: They have huge payment issues. They do not do online payments through the booking.com platform, unlike most listings. As a person who travels a lot and changes places often, I expect the payments to go through the platform where I book them smoothly, so I don't need to carry considerable amounts of cash around, as a female solo traveler. The check-in took time because I had to ask my friend in another country to transfer more money into my MAD currency account. Only now have I learned that Morocco is known for lacking payment systems. For example, Trustly, which Wise online bank uses for instant transfers, does not work in Morocco. So, be prepared to pay the full charge of the whole stay in local currency (cash or physical card) before checking in. There is no way to do contactless or online payments beforehand or on the spot.

Pros: + offered taxi pickup from airport at 300 MAD + some complained about the noise but I didn’t hear anything due to wearing earplugs. + room was a good size

Cons: - breakfast was included and had decent coffee. It was just bread and omlette with butter and jam but that’s the norm for Morocco. - the shower had no curtain or screen so bathroom got wet (massive bathroom btw!
